In his role as KW Commercial Market Director and President of Laurex Realty Advisors, Alex Johnson oversees the growth of the various operations related to commercial real estate development, consulting, brokerage, leasing, management and capital lending. Alex brings a family legacy of more than 30 years in real estate investing. He offers diversity in transactions with motels, apartments, duplexes, rental homes, land, oil leases and rehabilitating property. Alex is a licensed Texas real estate broker. After more than 14 years in management and sales for PepsiCo, Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies, Alex founded Laurex in an effort to reduce his time on the road and help others supplement their income. Alex was one of 12 employees worldwide to be awarded the prestigious Leader's Council award at Lucent Technologies as a result of his success as a Director of Sales. Alex holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He carries the CCIM Designation and is a certified CCIM Instructor.
