As Director of Operations, John Ehrhardt maintains property management operations oversight of the apartment communities in the five-state area, including Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. He is responsible for financial analysis, capital improvement projects, budgeting and property management operations, as well as oversight of the commercial, retail and industrial properties totaling more than 295,000 square feet of rentable space. Before joining Buckingham, Ehrhardt worked for large publicly traded investment and management companies as well as private property management and development companies. Ehrhardt holds both an A.S. degree in Architectural Engineering and a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering from Indiana State University. He also earned an MBA in Real Estate Management and Development from Nova University, Florida, and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
