Anthony R. Bolling has extensive experience as a real estate and business professional in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. A second generation Washingtonian, Anthony earned his real estate sales license in the District of Columbia in 1986. As Director of Housing for the Marshal Heights Community Development Organization (MHCDO), he managed the acquisition, renovation and new construction of over 60 properties. After Law School he joined Barrueta & Associates as a commercial leasing broker representing owners and tenants throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. As a Contracting Officer with the General Services Administration(GSA), he acquired office space for federal agencies throughout the National Capital Region. Anthony served two terms as President of the Maryland/DC Chapter of CCIM and in 2007 he was Elected to Regional Vice President (Region 10) and to the CCIM Institute Board of Directors. Sovereignty Real Estate Services provides acquisition and dispostion services for owners, investors and users exclusively in Washington, D.C.
