Howard's extensive experience was acquired with both corporate-institutional and entrepreneurial organizations. He has directed the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and portfolio management of income and user properties in the S.E. Since 1992 his primary emphasis is transaction and advisory services for investors involved with income property concentrated in the greater Birmingham area. The property types most often utilized are apartments and office.
