Pius was born and raised in Hong Kong and came to the States in 1977. He moved to Houston in 1982 after graduating from the University of Mississippi with both a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees. Pius received Honorary Doctor of Finance in 2004 from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Pius provide commercial real estate brokerage and property management services to investors from Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan, Canada, Germany and Switzerland. Fluent in Cantonese and understand Mandarin. Pius is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). Pius is a faculty member of the CCIM Institute, NAR CIPS Network, Institute of Real Estate Management and the Realtors Land Institute. He is currently holding the title of visiting professor of the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing, China. He has teaching experience around the world in countries such as Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Mexico, Korea, Japan and China. The Houston Association of Realtors named him Realtors of the Year in 2002.
