I am a lifelong resident of New Orleans and have worked exclusively in the industry of commercial real estate. I hold the CCIM, SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors)designations. My accomplishments include the largest commercial office leases in 1997, 2000, 2001, & 2002, the largest special purpose transaction in 1998, the largest industrial lease of 2004, 2005, and 2006 and the largest reail sale in 2009 by the N.O. Metro Commercial Investment Division. I am a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute for Intro, 103, and 104. I have the honor of serving as the CCIM Institute President in 2010. I have served on the Board of CCIM & STDB Inc. Local involvement includes having been president of our local CCIM Chapter, CID, State Comml. Committee and board of www.lacdb.com.
